The most useful first step is usually a question, not a booking. Describe what is bothering you — a chipped tooth, bleeding gums, a filling that fell out, or a treatment you have been thinking about — and you will get an answer about what the options are and what an examination would involve.
Messages are answered in English and Turkish.
Ask about your teeth
Before you write
What should I include in my message?
What the problem is, roughly how long it has been going on, and whether you are in pain. If you have had recent X-rays or dental work elsewhere, say so — it changes what needs checking. Photographs are useful but never a substitute for an examination.
Can a treatment plan be given over email?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who offers one. A plan needs an examination and usually an X-ray. What can be given in advance is an explanation of which treatments are plausible for what you describe and what each of them would involve.
I am travelling to Alanya. How far ahead should I write?
As early as you can. Treatments that involve laboratory work — veneers, crowns, bridges — need several appointments spread across days, so the length of your stay decides what is realistic to finish in one trip.
Is this an emergency line?
No. If you have severe pain, facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding or an injury to the jaw, seek urgent care in person rather than waiting for a reply to a message.
